Cathelene "Tina" Robinson, Clerk of Superior Court, Fulton County, is taking the initiative to place court records at your fingertips. This three- stage process will start with Civil Records and Hearings on June 1, 2007.

You may access the Civil Records from the internet at www.fcclkjudicialsearch.org. A similar website was available in 2002 and was removed by the Clerk’s office to safeguard against the possibility of identity fraud. Additional measures have been taken to protect the citizens of Fulton County from the possibility of such activity. All documents are available for public inspection at the Court House, located at 136 Pryor Street, Atlanta, Georgia.

Robinson’s office still has some work to do to expand the system to include Criminal and Real Estate records. Improving the accessibility to all  information is the Clerk’s number one goal.
